The Bread Offering for September is CROP Walk.
When you walk in the CROP Hunger Walk, you are raising money to help fight hunger but you are also walking in solidarity with all of those people around the world who are walking for food, for water and for firewood each day.
There are only a few weeks left to sign up to be a Walker or Sponsor for the event on Saturday, September 25! See John Bliss if you are interested.
The CROP Hunger Walk isn't about Church World Service fighting hunger - it's truly about us all fighting hunger throughout the world!
We'll start and end at Immanuel Lutheran Church (1865 14th Avenue). Registration starts at 8:00 a.m. and the Walk starts at 9:00 a.m.
