News from Women's Fellowship for September
Mary Ann Weber opened the meeting with a reading. There were 21 members present with 1 guest, Judy Firestien. She was also the guest speaker. She talked about the history of the Von Trotha-Firestien Farm and the process of listing the farm with the National Register of Historic Places.
Ruth Firestien gave the devotional based on the Psalm, “Precious Lord Take My Hand”. She also talked about the music of that title by Thomas Dorsey.
All reports were given and approved. The ladies sang Happy Birthday to all who had birthdays in September.
The Women’s Fellowship have been invited to a kitchen shower on September 25th from 2-4 pm at the Weld Food Bank. This is to collect kitchen supplies for the Food Bank. The meeting was closed with the “Lord’s Prayer”.
